Medpoint is now taking this to the next level with our Medpoint Mediterranean Program which is a 12-week plan to help our clients eat healthier and live longer.

Of course, because Medpoint understands that feedback on results is the most important factor for motivating change we have made this medically integrated.

 

Lead by our lead Registered Dietitian Samantha Gianotti the “program” is a step by step plan to implementing the Mediterranean diet into your life.

  1. Heart Health: The diet is rich in heart-healthy foods such as olive oil, nuts, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. These foods are known to lower the risk of heart disease and stroke.

  2. Weight Management: The Mediterranean diet emphasizes fresh, whole foods and limits processed foods and sugars, which can contribute to weight management and lower the risk of obesity.

  3. Reduced Risk of Chronic Diseases: Studies have shown that adhering to the Mediterranean diet is associated with a reduced risk of chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes, certain cancers, and neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's.

  4. Brain Health: The diet includes foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory compounds, which are beneficial for brain health and may reduce the risk of cognitive decline.

  5. Longevity: People in Mediterranean regions who follow this diet tend to have longer lifespans and lower rates of age-related diseases compared to those in other parts of the world.

  • One on one coaching sessions with Samantha on a regular basis (6 sessions in total - once every 2 weeks).

  • A personalized meal plan designed to seamlessly incorporate these power foods into your everyday life. (1 week)

  • A cardio coach Vo2 assessment to provide vital feedback on fat loss maximization.

  • RMR assessment 

  • Before, midway, and final Bod Pod assessments to measure fat loss progress.

  • Before, midway, and final FIT3D assessments to measure physical shape changes.

  • A final report card summary on your personal success.
